It immediately removes any spamminess, regardless of the message. Three You wear a lot of hats in real estate. Decide what you're going to suck at and what you're going to be world-class at. This doesn't mean giving up on your responsibilities; it means getting comfortable with hiring or purchasing tools to help. Business owners do this all the time.
