A rule for social media. For every hour of consumption, create for two hours.

Two

If you feel salesy or spammy when emailing, just sign off the email with "no need to respond."

It immediately removes any spamminess, regardless of the message.

Three

You wear a lot of hats in real estate. Decide what you're going to suck at and what you're going to be world-class at.

This doesn't mean giving up on your responsibilities; it means getting comfortable with hiring or purchasing tools to help. Business owners do this all the time.

Focus your attention on what you've decided to be world-class at. Even if you aren't world-class yet, make it your priority to get there.
