Your CMA is a tool to help a seller make a decision and position their home in the market. Three If you're completely stuck with a commission objection and you're not going to get the listing if you don't adjust, offer to discuss the adjustment (if needed) when the offer is accepted. If the result is better than expected, no need to adjust. If the result is worse than expected, you can make a concession. Avoid a drop before you know the result.
