Three If you struggle with small talk, here’s the fix: Start in the middle. Forget the robotic “Hi, how are you?” Instead, drop into the conversation like you’re already mid-story. Share a thought aloud - Comment, make an observation, offer a compliment. Quote One way to stand out is to look for pockets of low competition. Wake up early—less traffic, fewer people.
